About TempaDrive Forum
TempaDrive Forum is the community and technical knowledge base run by TempaDrive, a chiptuning and ECU services company. We built it as the place we wished existed when we started: somewhere BMW owners, tuners, and ECU programmers can ask real questions and get answers grounded in hands-on experience rather than marketing copy.
What you'll find here
A growing technical knowledge base covering BMW engines (N54, N55, B58 and more), ECU platforms, common faults, and tuning fundamentals — plus open discussion threads where members troubleshoot builds, compare maps, and share what worked on their own cars.
Why we run it
Tuning information online is scattered, contradictory, and often written to sell something. TempaDrive works on these systems every day, so we publish what we actually see in the shop and let the community pressure-test it in the open.
How our knowledge base is written and reviewed
Knowledge base articles are intended to be practical technical references, then revised as technicians and members correct, extend, and challenge them. When something is wrong, we fix it. Every article should earn its place by being specific, accurate, and useful; material that does not meet that standard is reviewed, consolidated, or retired.
What we don't do
No piracy, no cracked tools, no circumventing manufacturer protection. This forum is about modifying what you legally own. See the forum rules for the full picture.
