Privacy Policy

What we collect
- Account data: email address, username, display name, and optional profile fields you fill in.
- Content you post: threads, replies, likes, bookmarks, and the timestamps around them.
- Basic analytics: page path, referrer, coarse geolocation (country), browser, device type, and a short-lived session identifier. We do not set any third-party ad tracking cookies.
- Authentication cookies from Supabase, used solely to keep you logged in.
Why we collect it
We need account data to run the forum. We use analytics to see which pages are popular and to spot abuse. We never sell your personal data.
Who it's shared with
- Supabase — our database and authentication provider. They process your data as a subprocessor under their own DPA.
- Vercel — hosts the site and serves images via Vercel Blob. Their edge sees your IP while a request is in flight but we don't store raw IP addresses beyond a short analytics retention window.
- Moderators and admins of this forum, strictly to enforce the rules.
How long we keep it
Account and post data stays until you delete your account. Analytics events are kept for 90 days and then pruned. Server logs roll over automatically.
Your rights
You can export or delete your data at any time by writing to privacy@tempadrive.com. If you're in the EU/EEA you additionally have the rights granted by the GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection).
Cookies
We use a small number of strictly-necessary cookies (login session, a random opaque session id used to de-duplicate view counts, and your light/dark theme preference). No advertising cookies are set.
Changes
If this policy changes we'll update the date above and — for material changes — post an announcement on the forum.
