Changing region

Good afternoon :)
I'm waiting for my vehicle from USA (X5, G05), it has 5AU Driving Assistant Professional, as I know I had to change region to make it understand road signs in Georgia. Also know that there are no maps available for my country :(
Am I right? any other advices?
