F40 128ti - the hot hatch BMW doesnt want you to know about

The F40 128ti is seriously underrated. 265hp from the B48, LSD, sport suspension, and it starts at 40k EUR. Its basically a Golf GTI competitor from BMW. With a stage 1 tune youre looking at 300hp+ in a lightweight FWD hot hatch. Anyone else here own a 128ti? Feels like nobody knows this car exists.

Get track day insurance. One mistake on track can cost you the entire car. 200-300 EUR is nothing compared to the potential repair bill.

The 128ti is seriously underrated. B48 engine with 265hp, mechanical LSD, and its lighter than the M135i. With a stage 1 tune youre looking at 310hp+ through the front wheels. Its basically a modern day Golf GTI competitor but with BMW build quality.
