M240i B58 vs M2 G87 - which is better value?

Looking at either a used M240i or saving up for a new M2 G87. The M240i is about 25k EUR cheaper. Both have the B58 engine but the M2 has the S58. With a stage 1 tune the M240i can match stock M2 power. But the M2 has better suspension, brakes, and looks. What would you guys choose? Is the M2 worth the premium?

The M240i is the better value by far. With a stage 1 tune youre at 400hp+ which is more than enough. Save the money and spend it on mods.

I went M2 and dont regret it. The wider body, better brakes, and LSD make it a different car. But if budget is tight, M240i + mods is the smart choice.
