Ceramic coating vs PPF - which is better for BMW?

Getting my new G20 M340i and want to protect the paint. Torn between ceramic coating and PPF (paint protection film). Ceramic coating: ~500 EUR, protects against minor scratches and makes cleaning easier PPF: ~2000-3000 EUR for full front, physically protects against rock chips Is PPF worth the extra cost? My previous BMW had tons of rock chips on the hood after 2 years. Or should I do both - PPF on the front and ceramic on the rest?

PPF is 100% worth it. My previous BMW without PPF had dozens of rock chips after 2 years. My current one with PPF looks brand new after 3 years.

Do both - PPF on the front (hood, bumper, fenders, mirrors) and ceramic on the rest. Thats the ultimate protection combo. Yes its expensive but worth it on a new car.
