Sharing my E91 330d Touring — the car that does everything. Bought it 4 years ago with 180k km, now at 265k km and still going strong. Spec: - 2008 E91 330d LCI, M Sport, Sparkling Graphite - N57 engine, 245hp stock, stage 1 remapped to 300hp / 620Nm - 6-speed manual (rare in the 330d) - M Sport suspension with Bilstein B8 dampers - 18-inch Style 193M wheels - DPF delete + EGR delete (track/off-road use) - Wagner FMIC - Full stainless steel exhaust from turbo back - Alcantara steering wheel retrim - Android Auto retrofit via NBT EVO headunit swap This car has done everything — family holidays across Europe, track days, daily commuting, and hauling furniture. The N57 with 620Nm of torque is effortless on the highway. Fuel consumption is 6.5L/100km on long trips which is incredible for a car this fast. The 6-speed manual in a 330d is the holy grail combo. Finding one was not easy but it was worth the search.

A manual 330d touring is the unicorn spec. I searched for 6 months before giving up and buying an auto. The N57 with 620Nm through a manual gearbox must be incredible — that much torque in 3rd gear would be effortless for overtaking. The NBT EVO retrofit is a great upgrade too — the factory CIC system feels ancient by comparison. How was the installation? Did you need to code anything with E-Sys?

265k km on an N57 and still going strong — that is the beauty of BMW diesel engines when maintained properly. The E91 touring is one of the most practical cars BMW has ever made. The boot space with the rear seats folded is enormous. Your spec with the M Sport package and manual gearbox is exactly what I would build if I could find one. Respect for keeping it on the road and not letting it rot.
