Need a good OBD2 scanner for my BMW. Want something that can: - Read and clear all BMW-specific codes - Do basic coding - Read live data - Work with both E and F series Budget is up to 200 EUR. Ive been looking at Foxwell NT510, iCarsoft BMM V3, and Carly. Which one is the best?

Carly is good for basic stuff but limited compared to a proper scanner. Its fine for reading codes and simple coding but dont expect ISTA-level diagnostics.

Foxwell NT510 is the best value for BMW. It can read all modules, clear codes, and do basic coding. For 150 EUR its hard to beat.
