Try doing an adaptation reset. Disconnect the battery for 30 minutes, then reconnect. The ECU will relearn the new intake characteristics.

Dont panic! The ECU is probably not bricked. You need to do a recovery flash via bench (not OBD). Find someone with a bench tool like KTag or CMD Flash who can recover it.

Change the fluid! ZF recommends it for a reason. "Sealed for life" means "sealed for the life of the warranty." After 80k km the fluid degrades and shifts get rougher.
