Running a similar setup on my 335i. Stage 2 with meth injection on the N55 is a sweet spot - around 400-420hp depending on the tune. Make sure your meth kit has a failsafe that pulls timing if the meth runs out. Snow Performance Stage 2 kit works well for this.
The key with meth injection on N55 is the nozzle placement. Mount it after the intercooler, before the throttle body. Use a 175ml/min nozzle for stage 2 power levels. And always run a 50/50 water-meth mix, not pure methanol - the water helps with cooling.
