Retrofitting Apple CarPlay on F30 with NBT EVO

Successfully retrofitted wireless Apple CarPlay on my F30 with NBT EVO head unit. Heres how: 1. Bought a CarPlay module from AliExpress (~150 EUR) 2. Connected it to the USB hub behind the center console 3. Coded the head unit with E-Sys to enable CarPlay 4. Paired my iPhone via Bluetooth Works perfectly. Wireless connection, no lag. The screen resolution isnt as good as a native system but its totally usable. Total cost: 150 EUR vs 500+ EUR for the official BMW retrofit.
