Best engine oil for BMW - Castrol vs Liqui Moly vs Shell

Time for an oil change and cant decide between: 1. Castrol Edge 5W-30 LL04 (BMW recommended) 2. Liqui Moly Top Tec 6200 5W-30 3. Shell Helix Ultra 5W-30 All meet BMW LL-04 spec. Is there actually a difference or is oil just oil? Car is F30 330i B48.

oil is oil as long as it meets the LL-04 spec. dont overthink it. i use whatever is cheapest that meets spec

Liqui Moly Top Tec is my go-to. Been using it on all my BMWs for years. Slightly better cold flow than Castrol in my experience.
