Track day insurance - do you need it?

Going to my first track day next month with my M2. Do I need special track day insurance? My regular insurance specifically excludes track use. Ive found some companies that offer single-day track insurance for about 200-300 EUR. Is it worth it or am I overthinking this? What happens if I crash on track without insurance? Am I just out of luck?

H&R spacers are perfectly safe. Ive been running 15mm spacers on my F30 for 3 years with zero issues. Just make sure to use extended wheel bolts.

spacers are fine as long as theyre hub-centric and you use the correct bolts. cheap spacers without hub centering are dangerous tho
