Stage 2 without hardware is basically stage 1.5. A real stage 2 needs at minimum a downpipe. The ECU can only do so much with stock hardware restrictions.

Is TCU tuning safe for the gearbox long-term? Im worried about faster shifts putting more stress on the clutch packs. My F30 has 80k km and I dont want to shorten the gearbox life.

Pure Stage 2 turbo is the sweet spot for daily + track. 500hp is plenty and its still reliable. The VTT is more power but also more stress on the engine.

NGK 97506 are the correct plugs for N55. Make sure to gap them properly - the gap matters more than people think.

Stelvio Pass is overrated imo. Too many tourists and the road is narrow. Transfagarasan is much better for actual driving.

BC Racing is fine for the price. Ive been running them on my E46 for 2 years with no issues. Ride quality is decent for coilovers.
